First annual “We Believe in Miracles” concert

On Saturday, December 13, Howell High School's Suicide Awareness and Prevention group is presenting their first annual "We Believe in Miracles" concert. The event will be held from 6-10 p.m. in the gym at the Freshman Campus. Entrance costs $2 and will earn attendees a purple or yellow bracelet that will help raise awareness for the group

Howell Pompon takes 3rd at state competition

The Howell High School pompon squad took 3rd at the Mid-American Pompon High Kick Championship on Nov 9 at the SVSU Ryder Center. Howell's team finished 3rd with 289 points, right behind perennial pompon powerhouse Garden City who finished 2nd with 291.5 points. Plymouth took home the gold in this competition with the winning count of 294.5 points. This comes after Howell's 1st place finish last year at the High Kick championship in medium varsity. This topic is now being debated around the nation because of Brittany Maynard, a 29 year old terminal cancer patient who took her own life on November 1st.
