The Kensington Valley Ice House in Brighton will be host to Howell’s first Senior Skate. This is open to all Seniors as a great chance to have a good time skating around with friends.

This event serves as a nice weekend precursor to this year’s Winterfest which falls on Friday the 13th.

Tickets to this wintery event costs $5 to get in. The tickets will be available during the lunch periods on the Thursday the 5th and Friday the 6th. The skating period is from 7:45 to 9:15 p.m., a half an hour block of skate time. The Kensington Valley Ice House is located at 10540 Citation Drive, Brighton, off of Grand River.

If you do not own any skates the cost of the tickets also covers the cost of any skate rentals.

The Kensington Valley Ice House has 3 separate rinks with a centrally located restaurant equip with multiple arcade games and plenty of flat screen T.V.s.

Seniors be sure to purchase your tickets at your lunch to be able to enjoy a night of good fun and skating.
