Each day The Main Four will be posing an update with information on the survivors who were eliminated and those who remain. On behalf of the Main Four, we would like to wish all the survivors good luck and happy fundraising for such a great cause!
Senior Kalyssa Klausing has been collecting men’s clothing and personal care items at Howell High School to donate to Flint residents through Catholic Charities.
During the competition the students are broken up into six units and each unit is expected to prepare a four minute statement for the three questions the state judges give them. The students have no idea what the questions will be.
Frosty Grams! Get your Frosty Grams! National Honor Society will be selling Frosty Grams until Thursday at all lunches to raise money for future NHS activities. Students can buy a Frosty Gram for $1 during all lunches.
The winters in Michigan can be cold and brutal and many children have to suffer these harsh conditions without even a winter coat. Recently, from Nov. 9-23, NHS helped to put together a warm clothing drive in which things such as hats, coats, gloves, boots, etc. were collected for children in need within Livingston County.
On Tues. Dec. 1, Howell’s Varsity Hockey game will be playing against Hartland at Grand Oaks Ice Arena. The game will begin at 7pm with a $5 admission fee which will be donated in support of breast cancer awareness.
